1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of azgiftcards.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of digital gift card products offered through the Site. These Terms, together with our Digital Delivery Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy, form the agreement between you and AZ Giftcards (“AZ Giftcards,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. About AZ Giftcards
AZ Giftcards operates the Site and offers digital gift card products for purchase. For questions about an order, these Terms, or our policies, contact us at contact@azgiftcards.com. Business identity and contact information made available on the Site form part of these Terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order. By using the Site, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will use the Site and products only for lawful purposes.
4. Digital Gift Card Products
Products offered through the Site are digital gift card codes unless a product page expressly states otherwise. Each product may be subject to denomination, currency, country, account, redemption, expiration, and other restrictions established by the applicable gift card issuer. You are responsible for reviewing the product page and issuer requirements before completing your order.
Gift Card Expiration. Gift cards and digital codes purchased through the Site expire two (2) years from the date of purchase and must be redeemed before that date.
5. Product-Specific and Issuer Terms
Certain gift cards are subject to additional terms established by the applicable issuer. By purchasing or redeeming a gift card, you are responsible for reviewing and complying with the issuer’s applicable terms, account requirements, and redemption instructions. Issuer terms apply in addition to these Terms; where an issuer’s redemption rules apply to a particular card, those rules govern use of that card.
6. Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. We may review, decline, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary for payment verification, fraud prevention, product availability, pricing errors, compliance, or security. An order confirmation does not by itself mean that a digital code has been issued or delivered.
7. Pricing and Payment
Gift card face value and purchase price are not necessarily the same. The purchase price, applicable fees, taxes, and final order total will be displayed before payment is submitted. You authorize us and our payment providers to process the payment method you submit for an accepted order. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors before fulfillment.
8. Digital Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically in accordance with our Digital Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery may be delayed while an order is under payment, fraud, or security review.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, invalid-code claims, and non-delivery issues are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Fraud Prevention and Verification
We may use payment, account, device, transaction, and other information reasonably necessary to assess fraud, unauthorized activity, or security risk. In some cases, we may request additional information or delay fulfillment before completing an order. We do not disclose our internal fraud-prevention rules.
11. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing a correct delivery email address and selecting the correct brand, denomination, country, currency, and account region before purchase. Once delivered, you are responsible for keeping a gift card code secure and for not sharing it with unauthorized persons. You must not use a product or the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity.
12. Third-Party Brands and Trademarks
Third-party brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the relevant gift card products. Their appearance does not change the applicable issuer terms or redemption requirements.
13. Third-Party Websites and Issuer Services
The Site may link to third-party issuer websites for redemption instructions, balances, terms, or support. Those websites are operated independently and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or for changes an issuer makes to its services, products, or redemption processes.
14. Intellectual Property and Permitted Site Use
The Site and its original content, design, and functionality are owned by or licensed to AZ Giftcards and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Site only for personal, lawful shopping purposes. You must not scrape the Site, interfere with its security or operation, access unauthorized systems, impersonate another person, or reproduce our original content without permission.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that policy.
16. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. We do not control third-party issuers, their account requirements, or changes to their redemption systems. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the Site or a product, except where liability cannot be limited by law. Verified delivery and code issues remain subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
17. Suspension and Refusal of Service
We may restrict or suspend access to the Site or decline transactions where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security risks, or violations of these Terms.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms do not limit any consumer right that cannot be waived under applicable law. Any dispute relating to an order or the Site will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the procedures required by the jurisdiction that applies to the transaction.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date identifies the most recent version. Changes become effective when posted unless otherwise stated or required by law.
