Digital gift cards and change-of-mind requests
Digital gift card codes may be viewed, copied, or redeemed immediately after delivery. For that reason, orders are generally final and non-refundable once a digital code has been delivered, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in this policy.
Cancellation before delivery
If an order has not been fulfilled or a code has not been issued, a customer may contact AZ Giftcards to request cancellation. Eligibility depends on the order’s payment, fraud-review, and fulfillment status. AZ Giftcards will confirm whether cancellation is possible before taking action.
Invalid, unusable, or previously redeemed codes
If you believe that a code was invalid, unusable, or previously redeemed at delivery, contact us promptly with your order number, checkout email, issue description, and relevant screenshots or issuer response.
We will investigate eligible claims where possible. If verified, AZ Giftcards may provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate. A code that has been validly delivered and redeemed is not eligible for a change-of-mind refund.
Non-delivery or incorrect email address
If an order is marked completed but the delivery email has not arrived, check spam, junk, and promotions folders, then contact us with the order number so we can investigate and, where appropriate, resend the email.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery email address. Contact support immediately if an incorrect address was entered. AZ Giftcards cannot guarantee recovery after a code has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law or technically unavailable. Posting times depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
